RETURNS


If you are in need for a return or an exchange, please email customercare@evonidesign.com or use contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.

Please insure packing slip is in the package

All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 14 days from when your shipment is received. All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns will be refunded to the account monies were received from.

No refund allowed for any product after 14 days.

Evoni Design reserves the right to modify these terms/policies.

You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please send an email to customercare@evonidesign.com immediately.

Maximum Returned postage will only be refunded of the amount charged by Evoni Deisgn.

INCORRECT ITEM

If you have been send an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating 'incorrect item' once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order resent via next day delivery and a refund of the postage amount.
